Top Destinations to see around the World.

Now there are certainly others that you would call more well traveled than myself. However, that is not a necessary requirement to give a proper incite full piece of an experience in a given travel destination.

I can quite confidently say that i am fairly well traveled in that I have been to quite a number of places and have seen my fair share of sights and experiences. In my view, it all depends on what your looking for.

When i wanted the experience of enjoying a white Christmas i ventured to Germany for a number of months - finishing up in Austria where i ended up shredding the slopes of the Austrian Alps on my snowboard with a bottle of Jagermeister.

When i wanted to sip cocktails on the beach and whilst watching the sun go down - swim in crystal blue water and do an assortment of activities that would add to my "have you ever tried this" quota I went to Thailand.

Whatever you might fancy i'm sure everyone will have their own top ten list of travel destinations.

So without due where are my Top 5 Travel destinations.

AUSTRALIA

I might be biased but there is simply no other place like Australia to experience. Mostly it has pretty much everything every other country has to offer. Australia has some of the best beaches in the world including Bells Beach in Torquay for your surfers, or even Whitehaven Beach which boasts the whitest sand and crystal blue water which you'll find in your journeys around the Whitsundays. If it's Metropolitan cities and Bays then Melbourne and Sydney has it in Spades. The land downunder is truly a place where the woman glow and men plunder and they have great reason to be this way.

Thailand

Thailand can truly be a totally indulgent experience. Whether it's relaxation your looking for or total adventure Thailand truly has something to offer everyone. Phuket is the most common destination and tourism there is geared up to cater for anyone's tastes. In one day i ventured the famous "Beach" from the movie shot an AK-47 and M-16 then raced around a track at about 140km an hour on a Go-Kart and that night has a glorious seafood feast whilst drinking singha beer and watching the sun go down in the most glorious fashion.

New Orleans, America

New Orleans is as eclectic as they come, from walking down Bourbon street during the day to the soft mellow tones of blues music echoing the tall terraces to at night when the street becomes a mecca for young hot things flashing some flesh for some plastic beads all in the name of some flirty fun. Walking through the streets brought me a warm fuzzy feeling that is so hard to describe that it's a feeling that i only feel when i'm home. My only wish was that i could have spent more time here.

Austria

Now this is for people who love the winter wonderland. I can confidently say that i had one of the best times of my life whilst in Austria. The snow at Christmas and New Year made it all the much special as we did activities such as sledding on the old style sleds at night down a hill track to meet up at a little tavern and drink rum and hot chocolate whilst warming up against a nice roaring fire. During the day we snowboarded our way through marshmallow powder back country which simply leaves one in euphoria.

Italy

Now how can one go past Italy. All those women who have ventured through Italy on the back of Eat, Prey, Love know what i'm talking about. The food, the history and the beautiful architecture that makes some of Italy's most iconic images are just the more fascinating when seeing them and experiencing in person.
